Our stay left us quite disappointed due to the room arrangements and service issues. We felt that the hotel did not cater well to families, and that really affected our experience. While one couple had a decent stay with clean and nicely decorated rooms at a good price, our group faced a frustrating situation with inadequate accommodations for our children. Overall, this was not the family-friendly atmosphere we expected.

My stay at this hotel was quite challenging, with a rough experience from the start. While the location was decent, the room arrangements were poorly managed and quite uncomfortable, especially for families. Service from the owners was unhelpful and left us feeling unwelcome. Our stay in Blackpool left us feeling quite frustrated due to various issues. While the position of the hotel was decent, being close to the promenade, the room itself was uncomfortable, and service left much to be desired. Experiencing an unwelcoming atmosphere from the staff added to our disappointment, especially given the additional costs that weren’t properly communicated upon booking.
